Founder & Personal Trainer

Charlotte is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 6 years experience in the fitness industry. Charlotte works primarily with fat loss/muscle gain clients, but also has a specialist qualification in Pre and Post Natal Excercise.

Having previously competed in national level gymnastics and athletics, Charlotte has a vast knowledge of different training protocols.

Since moving her business online during the pandemic, Charlotte has worked with over 300 male and female clients, helping them to achieve their desired physique or reach their training-related goals; these practices are now utilised by all of the coaches at Concept Wellness

A little bit about us...

Concept Wellness Coaching is an online personal training company, focusing on all aspects of human wellbeing. We specialise in fat loss, but pride ourselves on following an evidence-based, realistic approach towards transforming not just your body, but also your lifestyle.

Our goal is to help you to create sustainable new habits and reinstate the balance in your life, all whilst reaching your goals. We seek to do this by implementing flexible and practical strategies alongside continuous education and support.

We know that health is multifaceted and as your coaches, we are here to support not just your physical health, but also your mental wellbeing. We believe in seeking results without applying too much pressure. With our tailored coaching packages, we can adapt around your current lifestyle and find an approach that will work for you.

Understanding what it takes

Our coaches recognise that a training programme and meal plan only scratch the surface. That’s why we go the extra mile to ensure that every individual gets the most from their plan. Together with our clients, we look at habits including sleep, hydration, mindset, daily movement and protein intake. In doing so, we establish a wholesome and sustainable approach towards helping everyday people achieve their dream physique.

You don’t need to be an athlete or an experienced gym-goer to work with our team; we have guided clients through their very first training experience with great success. Working with everyday people, we understand that socialising is a huge part of life and not something that needs to be avoided. As such, your coach can recommend strategies to help manage calories around social occasions, so you won’t have to give up your social life in order to maintain your results long term.

Here at Concept Wellness, our approach is not just to direct, but also to help each individual genuinely understand the process. Our coaches will break things down as much as possible to ensure you know why we are implementing certain practices and how these will benefit your individual journey. 

We recognise that there is not a “one size fits all” strategy to fat loss, therefore our aim is to help every client to lose weight with minimal impact on their day to day life. No more fad diets, juice cleanses or skinny pills. Real people, real strategies, real results.
