Nathan Smith

Personal Trainer & Crossfit Coach

Nathan is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 1 CrossFit Coach. He has over 3 years of coaching experience and 8 years of involvement within a CrossFit environment.

Having trained for many years in a conventional gym setting, Nathan transitioned to a more functional style of exercise, before gaining his qualification as a coach. As such, Nathan has great experience in both the realms of bodybuilding and functional fitness and utilises both methodologies with his online clients.

With a passion for working on form, skill, and technique, Nathan specialises in coaching newcomers and also those wanting to develop their CrossFit gymnastics skills.
