Sam is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 4 years experience in the industry. During this time, Sam has also qualified as a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and Level 1 Amateur Boxing Coach.
Sam’s passion for fitness developed in his teens and has continued to flourish throughout his career. His primary focus with clients is injury rehabilitation; more specifically in the area of reducing back pain.
During Sam’s career, he also has also developed great experience with body transformations (fat loss/muscle gain) and performance-specific programmes, such as helping individuals to improve their long-distance running pace.
